May
non-ejaculation
Challenge
Want to feel more confident in the bedroom?

     Ready to experience more pleasure?

Want to last longer?

     Struggle with early ejaculation?

Or have trouble getting or maintaining an erection?

If you answered yes to any of these,

then the May Challenge is for you.

May is International Masturbation Month and I have a challenge for you.

To masturbate and self pleasure whilst abstaining from ejaculation.

Most men's sexual pleasure comes from cumming.
It's all they focus on.
A momentary blip of satisfaction that goes as fast as it comes.

But there's a whole lot more to be discovered when you temporarily take that away and change your focus for a time.

Ready for a challenge?
How does it work?

Join any time before 20th May and choose how long your personal challenge will last. I will be doing it with the group from 1st May through to 12th June.

The challenge is run through a Telegram Channel (phone messaging app) where you receive home practices and reflection prompts.

Share your challenges and discoveries with the group and hear from other men who are having similar experiences. This is an incredible opportunity to normalise talking about sex and let go of shame.

Access bonus educational videos to learn how to increase your pleasure and last longer during sex.
International Masturbation Day was first coined by sex-positive retailer Good Vibrations on May 7th 1995 after President Bill Clinton fired Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders for suggesting masturbation be part of the sex education curriculum for students.

It has since been expanded by social leaders and sex educators to include the whole of May, making it
International Masturbation Month.
