Service Description

This 1 on 1 online coaching program is tailored to you across a series of eight 60min sessions via Zoom. Your process will be supported by online resources, videos and ongoing access to me via email and/or messaging app. This journey has the space for you to explore and bring tangible change to several parts of your sexuality. Together we will build a relationship of trust and confidence within your and between one another. I will deliver fundamental tools tailored to the areas of growth you are working on. These tools are designed to connect you more consciously to yourself, shed light on what's not working for you and prepare you to transform. From this place of solid foundations we will create larger practices and processes that will initiate you into a more full and authentic version of yourself and your sexuality. The practices we explore will be designed in a way that they can be used outside the session space to integrate your growth into everyday life and relationships. At the end of this 8 session process we will review your growth and if there is value for you to continue you can choose to commit to another block of sessions or continue with one offs and explore other aspects of yourself or deepen further into what you have been working on.
