Circle is a powerful way to connect and grow alongside other men. This kind of gathering has been used for thousands of years by people from many different cultures as a way to meet as equals, share knowledge and connect more deeply.

These challenges are common for a lot of men. We have been taught that we have to "do it alone" and that "real men" don't need help, shouldn't be vulnerable and don't talk about their feelings. All those things are BS.

All people need community and safe places to process and share about their lives - challenges and joys alike.

This is your invitation to connect with other men who are tackling life head on and practicing how to be the best version of themselves.

Life is not a competition, it's actually a collaboration through which we support each other to create healthy, loving and passionate relationships with ourselves, our loved ones and the earth. This is where true meaning and pleasure comes from.

How do the circles work?

Every week there is a different theme
of exploration that relates to one or several of the general circle topics - relationships, communication and intimacy.

There will always be a general sharing or "check in" where each man is given the opportunity to share where he is at and how he is feeling in his life. No one has to speak, you always hold the right to pass.

Sometimes there will be other exploration activities for example breathing practices that you could use in daily life/with your partner or specific communication practices.
